ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PERSONNEL

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic administration assistant who is flexible and able to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the personnel department. The post-holder will assist in a range of duties covering all aspects of the personnel function at College and so the successful candidate must be experienced in a broad range of administrative duties. You will work closely with the Personnel Manager and will need to display good organisational skills in this high-pressured environment. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties and will need to display good time-management skills.

This is a permanent part time, term time only position to start in September. The position is 15 hours per week (over 3 days) and is a term time only post.

This post involves working with young people and vulnerable adults and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records at an enhanced level.
