ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – EMA

This a permanent part-time term time only post. 25 hours per week for 39 weeks per year.

As a member of the college admin team you will be required to carry out routine tasks relating to the payment of the Education Maintenance Allowance and Adult Learning Grant. Good organisational and IT skills are vital to this post and a sound knowledge of spreadsheets and databases is essential. With approximately 700 students eligible for EMA this is a demanding role therefore, it is important that you are able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This post involves working with young people and vulnerable adults and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records at an enhanced level.
