The Company

The Role 
Working as part of a specialist team of 4, you will be responsible for a section of the plant for DCS and control engineering works including maintenance, upgrades and system configuration - capital equipment, process improvements, process change to kit and all associated paperwork and systems input. You will develop the configuration, maintenance, repair, development, documentation and training for control applications, Distributed Control System (DCS) systems, databases and graphics, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Systems and be part of the Data Historian team. 
You will also consult on projects and initiatives where these systems are engineered and installed, providing support to operational changes and software configuration for new processes etc 

The Person 

The ideal candidate should be either be Degree qualified in a relevant discipline e.g. Control and Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or have the appropriate level of experience in a similar role. 
Realistically, you will need to have at least 3 years experience working with DCS systems, ideally in a COMAH environment.
