Say those 2 words 'Call Centre' and we know what you're thinking, cramped and dull office, impersonal spaces and bored staff. Believe us, that is not what our Doncaster centre looks and feels like!

Our Doncaster office, also known as 'The Mere', first opened in 2003 and now has well over 850 people working in the open plan, modern and bright environment.

So far it sounds like a standard place to work, yet it's the small things that make it feel like a different place to work and really bring our values to life. We have free Wi-Fi, on site - parking, numerous breakout areas where you can sit back, read, relax, enjoy a chat or just get away from the monitor for a while. Most importantly we have staff kitchens where you can get free tea, coffee and filtered water.

Plus, we have an awesome staff restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch and Ryan makes the best homemade fajitas most Wednesdays!

The family unit we have here at The Mere is indescribable. You think you are going to be here for six months, but the people suck you in and you make so many great friends here. There's something about the people hired to work here, you connect with them.

I've worked here since 2003 and left for a short break in 2010. Nothing could keep me away and I came back in 2011!
