The Role

You will advise a broad range of clients on matters including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Development and regeneration projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Real estate investment
• Strategic land transactions
• Property finance and secured lending
• Portfolio management

You will also play a leading role in business development, mentoring lawyers and strengthening relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts throughout Bristol and the South West.
